I clean the roller, I roll it on tacky paper, I put a light coat of varnish on it a roll it on a blank waste sheet of paper... I don't mind it so much, but my wife and my clients definitely prefer the rolled on look. Thanks for your input, I will give the Golden Varnish a try. What specific product are you using? James
