There is no difference that I know of.  The gui is just the graphic 
interface that makes QTR user friendly.  
Otherwise you would have to do it all in text editors.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
