V = visual density (what you have been using with QTR), C = cyan density, M = magenta density, Y= yellow density). I don't know what all of the different status classes are, but status T is what I've been using. I find that C, M, Y densities are more intuitive for interpreting hue in my prints than the a, b values from Lab data.
