Thanks, Koloshor.  Ran the cleanout program and then downloaded 
QuadToneRIP again and that solved that problem. Now I just need a 
tutorial to explain the rest of Tom's tutorial. . .he lost me after 
the the ink seperattion test. . .Edward  --- In

> That sounds like you're not actually getting QTR to run in 
calibration mode. Either you've got an old version (in which case, 
you really need to upgrade to the latest, or you've got the 
dreaded "mixed installation". Sometimes, when you install a new QTR 
over an older one, bits and pieces of teh old program hang around, 
mucking up the works.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
