Thanks, I have managed to find something similar (2 micron) here.
Just some problems to buy things from that firm.
In the meantime I have used an existing damper 
and with a syringe I pulled a pint of ink through 
it, twice.
Unfortunately it didn't help. When done 5-6 
prints (ca 57x57 cm) I have to clean the damper.
