Helen,

I'd ask Bowhaus for help when getting this type of error.  Contact Joe 
Berndt at spike@....  

Some things you might try in the meantime....

1.  Make sure you have the latest windows version of the program, which 
is v1.0.34.

2.  Refresh the printer list and profile list to be sure they are 
active.

3.  If you just finished building or editing profiles in IJC, try 
shutting down IJC and restarting OPM.  

4.  Make sure the two profiles you are selecting are both for a 2200.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
