Hi Helen, I have the same hardware and software, and had a similar issue of an access violation. Do you see a preview of the image in the image pane? When I imported a particular image into opm it didn't show up in the preview pane, and whenever I touched any of the controls (centering for example) I would get the access violation. Turns out QuickTime had a problem with the file name. I renamed the file to a shorter name and then all worked fine. Best, Eric.
