Digital BW, The Print

I provided the .quad files for PC users awhile ago, before they had the 
option of generating their own profiles from curve descriptor files.  
On a Mac, the install script will generate the .quad files from the 
text curve descriptor files and then put the .quads in a folder with 
your printer name (eg. Quad2200) inside the CurveDropBox folder.
