I don't know if they ship outside of the US (maybe Canada and 
Mexico). Mostly I've dealt with Vance Baldwin for my parts. Heads for 
the 75/9500 are around $100 each USD, maint. kit was $125 a couple of 
years ago. Dampers were $11.72 (I think) just about 6 months ago. 
Most of this stuff is not stocked, so it may take a couple of weeks 
to get the parts you need. I recommend ordering more dampers than you 
need, so that you have spares, you might consider having a spare head 
in stock too. Part number for the heads is F055070 and is now the 
replacement part for both heads. Dampers were part number 1056149, 
and maint. kit was 1058462. Those numbers are for the 9500, so there 
may be slightly different numbers for the 7500.
