Digital BW, The Print

Hello, I have located a place that sells premium semi-matte in cut 
sheets. 17x22 inches. Kind of a weird size, but can be cut in half to 
11x17 i guess or make a 16x20, or a 12x16. Seems like thier price is

$71.00 or 250 sheets? should be more like 71 bucks for 25 
sheets....what do you guys think? They are closed right now, so cant 
call'em
