Digital BW, The Print

Hello All.

After being a member here for a while now, I have noticed numerous
comments about how nice it would be to have a real forum, in the sense
that it can be searched easily, there are sections for particular
areas of interest etc etc.

As a member of other yahoo groups I think this would be a good idea -
yahoo as we all know is terrible for searching out information.
their color scheme isn't great either lol.

So I have decided to take it upon myself to create one.
I run a linux server here in my studio and am using an open source
phpBB package - info can be found here about this particular bulletin
board interface: http://www.phpbb.com

Within the next few weeks my server will be mirrored at
http://www.fasthosts.co.uk/ as well as their own mirrors located
worldwide.
I have unlimited bandwidth/disk space available to me.

My main interest is with epson/hp printers, both color and b+w
printing, primarily for art reproduction, but the forum does not have
to be limited here, and I hope it won't be ...

I understand that there is valuable information here already that
could, if necessary, be transfered over to the new forum. I am
interested in getting the admin of this forum to help me on that.

I would love some feedback from the members here as to what you would
like to see within the forum. What categories are important ? etc

Please email me off list or reply here and lets start this ball rolling.

It is pretty much ready to go, I just to need to set up the style, and
of course add Categories and Topics. :]
