I think Epson UltraSmooth, aka PremierArt Fine Art Hot Press, is the most durable paper I've used. It has no OBAs and the least flaking. I think the dual-sided version (PremierArt 205) was found by a list member to be the only paper that did not lose some black in a book situation. It probably is the brightest non-OBA paper, but has a dmax closer to Entrada than to Photo Rag or Innova.
