Larry, you may want to ask this also in the Epson printer group: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/EPSON_Printers/ Look for Art Entlich who wrote an excellent cleaning manual and will send it to you if you email him directly. Find his email addy from one of his posts in the archives or just ask. There is a way to carefully inject cleaning liquid with slight pressure or vacuum directly into the ink nipple to get things going again. Are you using the Epson inks or some generic? When I switch back to Epson inks temporarily I usually am able to fix most clogs or loss of nozzle prime.
