Well, after not getting any response last week I tried some tests of my own and I was able to print the 12 feet long wave panorama ( a test strip only ) with QTR on the 9600. Interestingly enough I had to use the QTR sheet paper setting. When I set to the QTR roll paper option with the printer set to use auto paper cutter, it trimmed the print off after the first foot. With the QTR roll paper with trim off , it printed thin black trim lines about every foot or so right through the image. Very strange. But with the sheet paper setting in QTR and on the printer, even though it was a roll, it worked perfect. Go figure.
