I'm just using the Canon utility that came with the Rebel XT to process the raw files into 16 bit RGB. The differences in the conversion programs I looked at seemed to be mostly sharpening and other processing that I'd rather control in PS once the file is converted. The Canon utility that came with the Rebel XT does a fine job. All I do is plug the USB cord into the camera and the program automatically starts. On the other hand, I did put in my order for CS2. In addition to the raw support, there are other enhancements that are useful. The higher bit depth, for example, should allow combining bracketed shots without significant information loss, and overcoming the digital sensors' lack of dynamic range is going to be critical for top notch printing.
