I was on the beta test team for the last two versions of Bibble. Although, they have made it less clunky, I am slowly moving to RSE for some things. What Bibble does that other RAW converters do not do: Bibble lets you do the SAME operations on JPEGs and TIFFs!! Seth ==-----Original Message----- =Behalf Of Diane Fields == == ==The third party converters tend to be backward compatible, ==but you won't find PS doing that. As they offer new versions ==they include the newer cameras in it. While PSCS was the ==version offered they continued to add new cameras as they ==came out--after the new version comes out--they won't because ==they don't offer PSCS either. That's not the reason I won't ==upgrade (I'm sticking with my 10D, D60 and old D30 until the ==successor to the 20D comes out next Spring--I assume---or I ==decide to buy a FF or 1.3x camera) however. I don't think ==the new version offers me anything I need right now. I did ==feel PSCS offered sufficient reason to upgrade over PS7 ==(where I bought the RAW plugin for $99--when PSCS came out it ==was no longer either offered or supported since they no ==longer offered PS7 and if I wanted to use ACR for newer ==cameras I had to buy PSCS--altho' I don't use it as my RAW converter). ==
