I assume you mean Capture One Pro?  Why not review 3.6 or 3.7RC?  There is
discussion on Rob Galbraith's forums that ACR3 beats it...

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
