Digital BW, The Print

No with a Mac there wasn't an easy way to switch inks and still be able to
print - people got "jobs stopped".  The workaround was to install the
printer twice labelling it in the first instance with something to denote,
say, MK and then in the second instance PK.  You then afford having to
delete and re-add the printer all the time.
