Well, I've now spent a few hours re-printing portfolio prints and I have to see that I'm getting much deeper blacks and harder highlights than with Piezo. I have to use quite a big inverted S curve to replicate piezo prints. Paul has suggested that densities differ with CIS/piezo,or maybe I had density drops without knowing it. New prints come out peachy as I've profiled the monitor, but I've not quite nailed printing old prints. Paul, how did those 21 step prints look to you?
