Installation Problem

I'm a firsttime user. Just downloaded for an epson 1280.
When I try to paste a B&W .tif I get an error message that 
says"Floating point division by Zero" and refusal to accept the photo.
Any help on what I might have done wrong would be appreciated.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
