Duane, I think that formula might work. But, I've also learned that some of the flushing fluid is more watered down to lower the viscosity. This allows it to get into and through, for example damper screens, that the higher viscosity fluids will not get through as easily. So, if you want a cheap flushing fluid, you might want to dilute my "UC base" a bit more. Also, note that the base I found compatible with UC inks is not what is used for the UT inks. That requires a specific base from the pigment supplier.
