Lou, Yes. I'm using MIS UC equivalents in my 4000. I also subsituted PKN for PK and LKN (UT7 LK) for LK. I didn't bother flushing when I switched, but I did print some purge files to hasten the transition. Obviously you need to re-profile all of your papers, but not a big problem. I bought two sets of empty carts and refill from bulk inks. No clogging problems, but I haven't been using the MIS inks very long (just starting to use my second set of inks).
