If you meant UT7, then PKN would give you more neutral deep shadows (95% - 100%) than PK, if you use curves that use the black ink. I generate blacks with UT7 by using the dark gray inks. With these, Eboni can be installed -- or anything for that matter -- in the K position, because it is not used. With the 2 dark grays, curves can give neutral deep shadows also. So, in general, I don't even support PK or PKN in the 2200. From my perspective it is only called for if one wants to print on glossy paper using sliders, for example if printing from a non-Photoshop, non-rip application. Paul www.PaulRoark.com
