Yes it will wipe off if you try hard enough, but far better than other matte black inks, and better than many other papers. Just to repeat, no it does not stick like photo black, but better than many other matte black inks. You have to try it and see if the results are acceptable to you. Gloss differential may be the bigger issue. My suggestion is to try things like this. There is very little of this sort of testing that will cause permanent damage to your printer. May cause a mess that needs to be cleaned, but not permanent. Live on the edge, and test things for yourself since what "works" for me, may not "work" for you.
