Try waiting a few hours. I no longer shake the inks before I put them in. But you may well have a more serious problem. I've been futzing (learning about) QTR, and with that comparison in mind, I can't speak highly enough of the simplicity and results one can get with the simple C86 setup. Don't give up hope. I had one clogging nightmare, but that was on a printer that sat idle for months through a long illness. Lately, my C86 has been working like a champ, and I just make sure to print a test image every week when I'm not in printing mode.
