Digital BW, The Print

I'm not sure Scrapbook and UltraSmooth are the same.  The last time I tried
the various PremierArt papers and UltraSmooth, it seemed like the PA Hot
Press was very close to UltraSmooth, but the Scrapbook seemed to need a
slightly different profile.
