Profiling a c86 for a new paper

I've got some Olympus 200629 Pictorico Premium Photo Glossy Inkjet Paper 
on the way, and I'd like use the Epson c86 driver's settings, as Paul 
does with a number of papers.  Paul, how do you go about figuring out 
what settings to use?
