Nikor reels are easy to load after you've done it for 35 years. I used to average 60 rolls a day on Nikor reels for my E4 Ektachrome line...one client was Smithsonian (we did Smithsonian's bicentennial multi-projector slide show...1976). Besides,my personal Nikor reels and tanks have been with me since 1970, are going strong :-) btw, the JOBO system itself may not be fully appropriate for Rodinal at high dilutions...but I'll want one if I decide to process my own E6.
