How much work do you want to put into the project? Easiest is C with any of the new x800 printers or the 2400 for smaller work. Best is a hard call at the moment since the new printers aren't in too many hands right now, and those that are out are preproduction samples. If you really want to work, mix your own third party inks, and use one of the available RIPs to drive the printer.
