I use Windex (the version with ammonia) on the outside of the head, and I
use MIS cleaning fluid for the inside -- that is, in carts.  I've heard that
Windex's ammonia is a bit too strong to leave it in contact with the head
for long.

I use 1/2 inch cloth bias tape now instead of a strip of folded paper towel
to get to the underside of the head.  A deflected jet is usually cured with
this Windex-soaked bias tape under the head, pulled back and forth.  Turn
the printer off and move the head over the tape.

Same as the C86 -- cleaning cycles if they work, Windex on the parking pad,
bias tape under the head if there is a deflected jet.

As a last resort, fill a cart with cleaning fluid or buy a cleaning cart.
Some use OEM dye for this also.  Basically, both are non-pigment solvents of
lower viscosity that can get through many clogs and break them up.
