They should replace it with a 2400 - I am in no doubt about that!  Hold firm
and scour the internet for quotes (particularly from those that sell the
printers) as evidence to support your case.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
