There was a thread here a month or two ago where various people related the various problems they experienced. When I used MIS inks I got bad cartridges (leaking ink) probably one out of every five or six, then there was a problem with the ink mixture that went on for quite a while. I have not been able to print a single purging test pattern without serious banding. The nozzle test utility confirms that some of the nozzles are clogged. If I can't get a good test pattern I will never get a quality image. There is something wrong with the ink, because I know that the printer is working perfectly. (I ran many tests before installing the MIS carts) At this point I have not given MIS the opportunity to address my issues, so I can't comment on there customer support, hopefully it will be good.
