The FSN inks have the "same" density as the UT-FSN inks. But, different inks are absorbed differently onto the papers. So, while they may be the same density at point A, then won't necessarily be the same at point B. None of the curves are exactly linear. While the FSN inks are older and will fade faster, they'll look good for quite a while. They were the first "non-warming" ink, but this was done by putting in a combination of yellow dye and cyan pigments such that the yellow dye fading would offset the other fading, whereas the strong cyan pigs would not fade. The net result was a stable tone on EEM, with slightly divergent results on other papers. I would not use the FSN inks for things you want to last a very long time. Good luck.
