Is it true that the matte black ink for the 4800 is the exact same as for the 4000? If so, that certainly would lead one to conclude that, at lest as far as density is concerned, the 4800 would have no advantage over the older generation on matte paper(Dmax) except possibly smoother gradation due to the 3rd light black in the midtones. The main advantage of the new K3 printers are RC papers using Photo Black which benefit with blacker blacks and less bronzing?
