Clayton, since I've never used this ink system, I cannot speak from 
experience, but I'm sure these inks do a great job as you say. 
What's more,I have read many threads on this board from key members 
praising these inks which is why I invested in them in the first 
place. Notwithstanding, I've been reading more and more threads from 
members about the poor quality control of these carts and I find 
this disturbing since I've decided to "buy into" the system.

In any event, tomorrow I will call MIS tech support and see what 
they suggest. I an hopeful they can resolve this problem for me 
quickly.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
