I'm having a problem customizing a sepia Panoramic print on my 2200. I'm attempting to print a flattened file, that is 363 Megs, 46x7 @ 360 ppi, 16 bit. My computer is a Mac G5, 1.5 GB DDR SDRAm, 1.8 GHz processor operating System 10.3.9. It's Photo Rag 308. (The roll was too big for the roll feeder, so I cut off a 13 by 50 piece.) Under File/Page Setup, I customized a paper size of 13 x 50, specified Format for Stylus Photo 2200 (Driver Epson SP 2200 (2,1) for USB. No matter what I do, the 2200 will not print the page horizontally but instead seems to want to print a miniature vertical version of the file. Yes, I have re-designated the paper size to 50 x 13, established 1 inch margins all the way around, changed the orientation to properly reflect a correct preview in "Print with Preview." I have also attempted to print with a different combination using the roll feeder driver (Driver Epson SP 2200 (2,5)). Each time the image appears correctly in Print Preview, but instead prints vertically in miniature. Though color management shouldn't make a difference, I have designated printing with a profile and color management off. I have printed from the color space, RGB 1998, to color manage with the sliders all in a neutral position. No acrobatics that I do seems to correct this problem. I have even dumped the drivers and reinstalled them. Where is this bug coming from? Anyone know what's gone wrong? Peter
