John, Walt, and Mark: John, I can't find the equivalent of "printer configuration level" on my mac setup. There is a preset pan size for commercial panoramic paper, but I want to print larger than that. I don't think that's what you're talking about though. Regarding your other suggestions, Walt, I first created a new custom setting or 44x13 (I brought the file size up to 400 ppi without resampling, so it remained at 363 megs). I saved. the cute little vertical miniature still printed. Next, Mark, I went down to 8 bits. I saved, set page set-up, went to preview where everything again previewed properly. It didn't work even though the file was half the size. (the G5 shouldn't be gaging on a 180 meg file, so file size can't be the problem.) Thanks for your suggestions, but I still need to go back to the drawing board. I'll really hate it if this is a Mac OS 10/Epson conflict of some kind. I don't want to install all of my 2200 drivers in Classic and have to attempt to print the files out of there. I just installed CS2, but I was running into similar problems out of CS, so I don't think this is a Photoshop Problem.
