Qimage is Windows only. Here is how it works http://www.ddisoftware.com/qimage/qimagehlp/lbe.htm#6a You may be able to achieve the same thing in PS by using roll banner mode, and stacking images <44" long side-by-side with no margins. Never tried it; I have Qimage.
