Pick your poison.  EEM will yellow from acid, the highly brightened papers
will yellow (lose their brightness) from the OBAs burning out.  The
brighteners burning out may not destroy the photo, but people will think it
is aging badly.

For photos I want to look good for a long time, a non-brightened paper like
Premier Art Hot Press 205 is what I'd use.
