Re: [Digital BW] C86 carts problem... again....

2005-06-13 by Scott McLoughlin

I had some clogging problems, and then some "just wait a day and it's all
better" problems when I setup a C86 vs. an old C84. C86 has been doing
well since, but I try to make a few prints every week even if I'm not in
"printing mode."

But nothing quite like this. I've just ordered a few new black carts, so
I'll see how they install and work.

I have had my 2200 poop a bunch of (what looks like) black ink on a print,
but a 2nd print and the problem just went away.

Diagnosing printer problems is pretty much a black art. Someone should
post a big web site called "What you *really* need to know about how
your printer works and how to fix it yourself." That would be a godsend
(but alot of work, I guess).

Best of luck.
