Steve Getting into "maintenance mode" is explained in the manual. There just isn't an option as you outlined re the 7600/9600. Unless there is a maintenance mode for us and a maintenance mode for people in the know.... Cheers Steve Charlie Yes the principal issue with PK on matte paper is that the dMax drops dramatically. Just try a couple of prints and you'll see. I think a 9 cartridge printer will likely wait until the third generation. It's been two years since the 2100 and Ultrachrome inks first came into being - who knows if we have to wait for another two....
