I'm looking forward, Clayton, to the follow-up on your article. My preference -- and I think many may follow this route -- is to let the paper I'm using "tone" the print rather than us toners directly. Ideally, I'd like to use an inkset that is neutral, fade-resistant, that prints with good midtone separation and smooth (relatively) dotless highlights. I've been reasonably happy with the results on my 2200 using the UC inkset and QTR, but I can see room for improvement in smoothness and dot reduction in highlights. I'll be reading your next installment on UTx3.
