Digital BW, The Print

Hi Peter:

I just joined this forum and I don't know if you've fixed the problem yet, but I had a similar 
issue when trying to set up roll paper printing. I Have a Mac setup very similar to yours, and 
it's not a Mac thing at all. I had to call Epson and pay the 10 bucks, but miraculously it 
worked, so I'm happy to share this info. Try setting your custom paper size not to 13" but 
12.94" (this is directly from the tech guy). I know this worked for me, and granted I was only 
printing 30" prints, but the bizarre problem you described did go away. I haven't tested the 
maximum length myself, so unfortunately you may be limited to 44". Good luck.
