Digital BW, The Print

After mailing back and forth with MIS about this issue they ended up saying
that the settling issue is normal and nothing can be done about it except
use the autoprint program to print something every day.

This is disappointing. Anyone know about other high quality color inks in
the same price range that doesn't have this problem?
