The 2100/2200 ink capacity of 18.3 +/- 0.5g comes from the Epson Service 
manual for the 2100/2200 - from the horses mouth! Don't yet have one for the 
R1800 or R2400.

Volume will be slightly less than that, since ink is slightly more dense 
than water.
