Just weighed some of my R1800 full and empty carts. Full they weigh 38g, and 
empty (continuous red light) about 24g, so that gives 14g of usable ink, 
quite a bit more (50%) than 'somebody else' said, and about the same as the 
2100/2200. Can't do that with the R2400 yet, since spare carts are not yet 
available in the UK.
