Sorry...should have detailed: 1) The gui responds as if a print was made from the desaturated Tiff file but nothing happens. The file is described by the system as a Tiff ( failure to print is like the failure of an inappropriate type of file such as jpeg). 2) Tiffs of color images (full color, not desaturated) print as B&W using QTR..I've done this a lot, previsualizing the B&W from color. 3) Desaturated Tiffs print nicely in Black Only, but won't print using QTRgui. 4) B&W negs scanned to Tiff print properly with QTRgui and of course with Black Only. I've turned the printer off and rebooted the PC but this hasn't helped.
