I don't have slider settings that work well. Gamma 2.2 with the sliders at neutral 0 is OK except that the deep shadow contrast is not very good. So, this monotone curve applied to a grayscale file should do the trick. I have also added a note about the possible microbanding if the file is not at 360 (or 720, which I consider overkill).
