Okay, I contacted No More Carts and they said this was the first case of overspray with MIS they had seen, but confirmed that this was a problem with Color Piezo inks(on 1270-2000's). They also said this looked worse than what they had seen before. They suggested pulling the cart out and pushing it back in VERY firmly. Though I had tried that already, I gave it a shot anyway. I ran some cleaning cycles and let it sit overnight for good measure. I printed some bars this morning and saw some *slight* cyan overspray again, but far less than before. I then set the +/0 switch (paper thickness)to 0 (as Hap suggested, thanks)and that seems to have done it! Very sharp, clean edges on EAM and was able to print a clean profile target. I'm pretty sure it wasn't the ink. My question is, can I print on 260gsm Museo with the +/0 switch set to 0? Anyone tried this? Thanks for all the help! -daniel --- hapm <hapm@...> wrote: > Daniel, > This sounds like a problem I had a month or so back. > I had a cyan > airbrush-like edge next to the top and left of each > image about a > 1/4" wide.
