I'm using MT version 5.0.3 and it's working fine.

One thing you have to do that I think was changed is that after
you Configure and select the device you have to close the configure
dialog window before the others become available.  Also if you use
both spot and the scanning mode you have to close one before starting
the other.  4.1.5 didn't force you to do this but I found the two modes
could interfere with each other.
